Three things it does properly

Wrap-around

Strokes wrap across every edge

Not only live strokes. Move, duplicate, scale, rotate or paste a motif over a corner, or drop in a PNG, and it keeps wrapping on all four sides. Nothing gets clipped at the tile border.

Repeat & seams

Watch the repeat live, catch seams before print

Full drop and half drop in a live 5×5 repeat with a ruler in inches; brick, mirror, diamond and ogee with Pro. Seam heat marks any edge that does not line up, and print-size exports are checked again at full size before the file is written.

Print-ready

Print files that say exactly what they are

Pick a preset — fabric repeats at 8, 12 or 24 in at 150 dpi, digital paper at 12 × 12 in and 300 dpi, or a phone wallpaper — and the pixel size, inches and dpi are written into the PNG, TIFF or PDF. Transparent means a real alpha channel. Canvases go up to 6000 px: 20 × 20 in at 300 dpi.
